The history Westerville was said to have come like Wayne B. Wheeler in the same way that it came by Benjamin Hanby---through accident of location. Westerville’s history shows that it was part of anti-liquor and anti-slavery crusades. Its people had a certain ethnic character and strong religious ways. This book looks into these assertions.
